There are so many ways to spread joy this holiday season with the Homeless Alliance.

Learn more below about how you can make a difference for our neighbors

experiencing homelessness.

Sponsored gifts must be dropped off at Mayflower Congregational Church on these dates:

 

  • Thursday, Dec 4 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm

  • Friday, Dec 5 from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

  • Saturday, Dec 6 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Purchase essentials for those soon to be housed

Purchase any quantity of the items below. They will be given to our clients as they move from the streets into a home of their own.

  • Bath and hand towels

  • Sheets (full-sized preferred)

  • Blankets

  • Set of pots and pans

  • Microwaves

  • Air fryers

  • Coffee makers

  Or assemble a whole Welcome Home Kit
 
You have three options for delivery:

  • Our winter gift drop-off site at Mayflower Church on Dec 4 (3:00-7:00 pm), Dec 5 (9:00 am-7:00 pm) or Dec 6 (9:00 am-4:00 pm).

  • Homeless Alliance campus, weekdays between 9:00 am and 3:30 pm

  • Ship them directly to 1724 NW 4th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73106

For Curbside Enterprises employment program participants

For Day Shelter and Winter Night Shelter guests

We need the items below to keep our guests safe and comfortable this winter. All items can be gently used except undergarments.

​

  • Winter coats (men’s parka-style with hood in larger sizes preferred)

  • Warm hats and gloves

  • Men’s and women’s briefs and long thermal underwear (new only)

  • Clean warm blankets, all sizes

  • HotHands-type warmers for hands, body, and feet

  • Lip balm, lotion, cough drops, and OTC cold medicine

 
You have many options for delivery:

  • Our winter gift drop-off site at Mayflower Church on Dec 4 (3:00-7:00 pm), Dec 5 (9:00 am-7:00 pm) or Dec 6 (9:00 am-4:00 pm).

  • Homeless Alliance campus any day between 9 am and 3:30 pm

Volunteer with us

The Homeless Alliance is a 501(c)3 nonprofit in Oklahoma City. The organization works to build the capacity of the community through collaboration, has several housing programs, publishes the Curbside Chronicle and operates the WestTown Homeless Resource Campus which includes the OKC Day Shelter.
