How to help someone you don't know
If you see someone regularly outdoors, you can contact the City of OKC Action Center to request a street outreach team to check on them and offer them services. Provide as much information as you can about what they looks like, where they stay, and what times of day you typically see them. The City provides that information to street outreach teams, which are staffed by the Homeless Alliance and the Mental Health Association of Oklahoma. The City will provide you with an update if someone is able to make contact.
